PRIVACY POLICY

short version: we're not selling your data, we're selling t-shirts

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email, and delivery address — because posting a hoodie to "that fella from the South Stand" doesn't work. If you join the newsletter, we keep your email address. If you use the contact form, we keep the message so we can reply to it.

Payments

Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. Your card details go straight to them and never touch our servers. Stripe's privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.

Emails

Transactional email (order confirmations, replies) is sent through Resend. Newsletter emails only go to people who signed up, and every one has an unsubscribe link that actually works.

What we don't do

No selling data. No advertising trackers. No cookie banners hiding seventeen "legitimate interests". We use the bare minimum needed to run a shop.

Your rights

Want your data deleted, exported, or corrected? Use the contact form and it's done. You have the usual UK GDPR rights and we'll honour all of them without drama.
